Organic Balm for Wood Care
Ingredients
Food-grade white mineral oil (halal-certified) & organic beeswax only. 5g.
In the market, you can use olive oil, beeswax or the like on wood surfaces. However, it is difficult to apply (imagine pouring oil and rubbing it in), and also requires a long time to set. Most of the ingredients are also chemical and not food-safe. We launched this organic balm in 2022 and it has now been tried and tested by many.
Our commitment to our collection of wood wares has brought us on a journey of creating our own organic balm. Our founder's dad, Uncle Ray of Hands Design, personally created, cooks, and hand pours the balm himself. formulated with only organic, food-grade ingredients, the balm is set with the perfect consistency so that it spreads like butter on toast.
To care for your Eden Living pieces, here's how you can do so:
1. Ensure your product is clean and dry. Take a clean cloth (or even use clean hands) and take a dab of balm from the tin.
2. Rub balm onto wood surface in a circular motion across the surface until it leaves a matte shine. Leave to set for 30 - 60 minutes, and dry with a cloth.
3. If you'd like, apply whenever it feels dry. We recommend maintaining your wood surfaces every 3 - 6 months.
4. Do store in a cool and dry place and use within 6 months of opening.

All Eden Living lamps come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Unresponsive power switch or touch sensor (after the lamp has been fully charged)
- Mini USB cable provided is unable to charge the lamp
- Cracks or faults in product parts not caused by user handling
Natural Material Variations
Each lamp is individually handcrafted and finished.
- Minor cosmetic variations, such as wood grain knots or slight unevenness in the lampshade, are part of the natural character of the product and are not considered defects.
- Lamp bases are sculpted from solid wood. No two pieces are identical, and we are unable to offer exchanges based on differences in wood grain or colour.
- Lampshades made from 3D-printed material or silicone may naturally yellow slightly over time. This does not affect the light quality and is not considered a defect.

Repair services are available on a case-by-case basis.

Repairs typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on the nature and complexity of the issue. A small service fee may apply where relevant.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty will be void under the following circumstances:
- Accidental damage of any kind, unrelated to the internal mechanisms of the lamp
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse
- Improper charging or use of cables other than the one provided
- Disassembling the lamp in any form, such as removing the acrylic panel, with or without evidence of attempts at self-repair
- Cosmetic wear and tear or evidence of mishandling
- Claims made after the 6-month warranty period has lapsed
- And any other situations based on the discretion of the brand.
