Bojagi Gift Wrap | 보자기
We partnered with K Pattern Museum, a dear friend of ours in South Korea, to source and customise these uniquely Eden gift wraps for you. K Pattern Museum (@kpatternmuseum) offers a modern interpretation of gift-wrapping, all while keeping to the intention of the process itself, where the act of gift-wrapping symbolises the intention and heart for the person who is receiving this gift.
Note: We will send you the wrap so that you can do it yourself. If you would like us to wrap the gift for you, do indicate which product you would like wrapped. Sage is for smaller pieces, and Eden Blue is for the larger pieces - we will wrap with the most appropriate colour and size for you.
Designed and made in South Korea
About Bojagi Wrap (보자기)
It roughly translates as wrapping or covering cloth and is the over-arching name given to this type of stitched textile. The 보자기 tradition played an important role in traditional Korean culture and have been used to wrap, carry and store objects as well as for religious rituals and marriages, based on the belief that the wrapping of a gift brings protection and luck.
Our Cause
As part of our campaign for good, all proceeds from the purchase of the gift wrap will be donated to Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT) as part of their ongoing campaign. DOT is a registered charity organization in Singapore whose mission is to facilitate livelihood opportunities for underprivileged women, and support them in building financially independent and resilient families.
