Local Delivery: We ship locally in Singapore. Delivery takes 3 - 7 business days via our local courier at a standard cost of 6 SGD. Orders above 100 SGD enjoy complimentary delivery.
Courier Delivery: You can also opt for same-day or next-day delivery (subject to availability and prevailing rates). Do reach out to us via Instagram DM to make arrangements before placing an order.
International Delivery: We are working on our international delivery rates. Do reach out to us for assistance via email at hello@edenliving.co to complete your order.
Product guarantee:
We offer a product guarantee of 6 months from order date for our lamps (do note it does not apply to other objects e.g. ceramics). Do read our Returns & Exchanges policy, which will guide you along.

Beyond the warranty period, we do offer basic services such as battery and lampshade replacement at a nominal cost, so as to prolong the usefulness of your lamps for a long time.
Warranty, Returns & Exchanges
Eden Living reserves the right to update our terms & conditions at any point in time and reject requests that do not meet our warranty, returns & exchanges policy.All orders made are final and non-refundable. We would like to assure you that all your orders have gone through quality checks by our partners and our team before being carefully packaged by hand for its journey to you. As such, returns and exchanges will be reviewed strictly on a case by case basis only.

I don't like the grain pattern on my products:
Do note that our products are made with real wood imported from South Korea. When you make an order, you are accepting that wood products come with a unique grain pattern and naturally-occurring blemishes that are not defects.
We do not allow any in-store selection of the products based on your personal preference. After receiving the product, any returns or exchanges made on this basis will also be kindly rejected.
The lights do not turn on:
Please note that we do send our lamps with some charge so you can turn it on when it arrives. However, if it does not, do charge the lamps with the wire provided. There should be a red/green indicator lit when it is charging or fully charged. If it still does not turn on, do send us an email and we will troubleshoot together.
My products are physically damaged:
On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged, do send us a message via email (hello@edenliving.co) with image proof and detailed information of the defects within 7 days and we will guide you through the process of exchanging your order. Refunds will only be made if the item is out of stock.
My lights are faulty:
We pride ourselves on the quality of our pieces and offer a product guarantee of 6 months, from date of purchase. However, as these are electrical products, there may be arising faults due to unforeseen circumstances. Do send us an email (hello@edenliving.co) with a photograph / video and accompanying description of the fault. Should the lamps be proven faulty, we will gladly do a 1-1 exchange for you if within warranty period only.
We seek your understanding that delivery costs are also non-refundable and the actual refund amounts will be adjusted accordingly. Eden Living reserves the right to update our terms & conditions at any point in time and reject requests that do not meet our return & exchange policy.
Warranty Terms & Conditions
All Eden Living lamps come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
What This Warranty Covers
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Unresponsive power switch or touch sensor (after the lamp has been fully charged)
- Mini USB cable provided is unable to charge the lamp
- Cracks or faults in product parts not caused by user handling
Natural Material Variations
Each lamp is individually handcrafted and finished.
- Minor cosmetic variations, such as wood grain knots or slight unevenness in the lampshade, are part of the natural character of the product and are not considered defects.
- Lamp bases are sculpted from solid wood. No two pieces are identical, and we are unable to offer exchanges based on differences in wood grain or colour.
- Lampshades made from 3D-printed material or silicone may naturally yellow slightly over time. This does not affect the light quality and is not considered a defect.
Warranty Exclusions
- Accidental damage of any kind, unrelated to the internal mechanisms of the lamp
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse
- Improper charging or use of cables other than the one provided
- Disassembling the lamp in any form, such as removing the acrylic panel, with or without evidence of attempts at self-repair
- Cosmetic wear and tear or evidence of mishandling
- Claims made after the 6-month warranty period has lapsed
- And any other situations based on the discretion of the brand.
Write to us at hello@edenliving.co with your order number, a clear description of the issue you're experiencing, and accompanying photographs or videos to help us understand the situation better. Requests that are not in line with our policies will not be entertained.
Do note repairs may take between 4 to 6 weeks to complete, or longer. Depending on the cause and complexity of the issue, a service & repair fee will be charged.
