Precaution: Do not leave exposed to sunlight or water for long periods of time; and ensure that it is not pressed against fabric / clothes as there may be a chance of colour transfer.
Note: Every heart strap comes with an Eden Living logo handstitched on the back (except for the Teddy Brown as it has a furry finish), so please be careful with it as it may be torn off.

Warranty Terms & Conditions
6 months limited product warranty from date of purchase
Warranty covers manufacturing defects such as:
/ Unresponsive power switch and touch sensor (after full charge)
/ The mini USB cable is unable to charge the lamp
/ Cracks or faults in product parts (not caused by user error)
/ Each lamp is handcrafted and finished, our warranty does not cover minor cosmetic variations, such as wood grain knots or slight unevenness in the lampshade.
/ Lamp bases are sculpted from solid wood, so no two are identical. We cannot offer exchanges for differences in wood grain or colour.
Repair services are available on a case by case basis and can be requested at hello@edenliving.co.
Repairs may take between 2 to 4 weeks to complete, and depending on the cause and complexity of the issue, a small service fee may be charged.
Warranty is voided in the following situations:
/ Defects due to negligence or misuse
/ Damage caused by improper charging or use of a cable other than the one provided
/ If the acrylic panel is opened up, or the lamp is disassembled, with or without attempts to self-repair
/ Cosmetic defects due to wear and tear and/or mishandling
/ Once the 6-month warranty period has lapsed
